Vested, a new communications agency for a new financial industry, announced it has hired Hod Klein as vice president.
Klein joins the agency from Dukas Linden Public Relations, where he held the position of Director and led the expansion of the agency’s exchange-traded funds practice, overseeing ETF accounts that totaled more than $4 billion in assets. Throughout his career, he has used his extensive knowledge of the financial services industry and experience with media to advise major financial institutions including hedge funds, private equity firms, mutual funds, ETF providers, and broker-dealers.
“I’m excited to be joining the rapidly expanding team at Vested. With both the financial and communications industries undergoing changes, co-founders Binna Kim and Dan Simon are building a next-generation firm,” said Klein. “The Vested platform is a natural evolution of financial public relations, which allows for a best-in-class client services experience.”
At Vested, Klein will provide valuable subject-matter expertise as Vested continues to capitalize on its unique services model, which eliminates the silos traditional agencies rely on. He will advise, manage, and implement programs for a portfolio of the agency’s expanding client roster.
“Having someone with Hod’s knowledge, experience, and track record join Vested is tremendously encouraging and further validates our team, our clients, and our work,” said Simon, CEO of Vested. “We are adding new clients and new people regularly, and I’m extremely optimistic about the second half of 2016 and beyond.”
