Kelton (www.keltonglobal.com/), a research, strategy and design consultancy, has appointed Ashish Verma as Managing Director, New York. Ashish will lead innovation strategy and design consulting across Kelton’s East Coast clients.

"Ashish has that rare mix of creativity, marketing savvy, and leadership that makes this a perfect match," said Tom Bernthal, CEO of Kelton. "With our consumer insights platform, we believe we’re now uniquely positioned to develop strategies for clients that keep their customers at the center of their innovation and design efforts."

Most recently, Ashish served as SVP, Creative Director at Digitas Health, where he played an integral role in growing the New York office by overseeing the development of integrated creative campaigns.

"Kelton’s stellar client list gives me the fantastic opportunity to work with some of the leading brands across a broad array of industry verticals. More and more clients are recognizing that great insights can help blur the lines not just across channels but also across marketing, social, and PR efforts. I’m excited to build on Kelton’s existing success by continually taking on new challenges for our clients," said Verma.
