United Entertainment Group (UEG; uegworldwide.com), a global marketing agency specializing in entertainment, sports and brand experiences, continues to grow following the creation of a new joint venture late last year between DJE Holdings, United Talent Agency (UTA) and UEG Founder, President & CEO Jarrod Moses. Now, the agency has announced the promotion of Mary Scott to president, sports & brand experiences, and Robby Wells to chief strategy officer effective immediately.
Based in New York, Scott and Wells are part of the new joint venture’s senior leadership team, which also includes Chief Operating Officer David F. Caruso; President, Entertainment Adam Smith; EVP, Group Head, CommunicationsErin Weinberg; and EVP, Group Head, Rights & Partnerships Lee Teller – all reporting directly to Moses. Scott oversees the firm’s global sports and sponsorship practice while Wells is responsible for strategy, research and creative development for the agency and its clients.
UEG has also announced four new hires: creative producer and promotions expert Gabe Banner as SVP, brand experiences; sports, consumer products and entertainment marketer Nicole Bradley as VP communications; music industry veteran Dave Santaniello as SVP, rights & partnerships; and brand marketing specialist Melanie Washington as VP, brand experiences.

Scott was previously managing director, joining UEG from DJE’s MATTER agency upon creation of the new joint venture. Prior to this promotion, Wells was EVP, strategy & creative development for UEG. He joined the agency after being VP, digital strategy at Carat in New York City.
Banner will work closely with Scott, Smith, and Wells and their teams, helping to develop strategy and creative that will grow the practice and its operations. Prior to UEG, he served as Head of Production at the experiential design agency HUSH. Bradley joins the UEG as a VP, having spent four years at DJE’s Edelman, working in sports communications with Mary Scott.
Santaniello joins UEG after nearly five years as owner of MAP Entertainment Marketing, and following more than two decades in the music business.
Washington joins UEG after four years at BMF Media, where she was director of brand marketing. In this role, she led a team of energetic marketers, designers, content writers, and event producers in their mission to create new brand experiences across diverse passion points and industries beyond music.
