Florida public relations and digital media firm Schwartz Media Strategies has elevated longtime member Yudi Fernandez to the role of Vice President. The promotion of Fernandez coincides with the addition of marquis clients in the sectors driving Florida’s economy, with emphasis on law and professional services, commercial and residential real estate, finance, hospitality and public affairs.
Cuban-born and Miami-raised, Fernandez joined the firm in 2011 following her tenure as a real estate and business reporter. Since then, Fernandez has led bilingual public relations and marketing campaigns on behalf of key clients.
“Strategic, creative, and well-connected in our community, Yudi embodies our firm’s core values and understands the power of storytelling. She has a sixth sense when it comes to delivering exceptional client service and creating public relations, marketing and digital media initiatives that build brands, win campaigns, and shape the narrative driving Florida’s most important industries,” says Schwartz Media Strategies president Tadd Schwartz.
Fernandez is active in the Miami community, serving as a member of the PRSA Miami Chapter and on the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce Real Estate committee. Fernandez volunteers at the Young Women’s Prep academy and is a member of Switchboard of Miami’s Women’s Leadership Council.
