New Corporate Communications Team Announced at Starcom MediaVest Group

A new communications team was recently announced at Starcom MediaVest Group (www.mediavestww.com):

  • Lauren Hurvitz, EVP, Global Corporate Communications of Starcom MediaVest Group — Lauren just recently joined SMG, and is responsible for all communications for SMG, which includes: Starcom, MediaVest, Spark, SMG Multicultural, LiquidThread, Big Fuel and SMG Performance Marketing. She has most recently served as Head of Global Corporate Communications and Events for AOL, and was previously EVP of Global Corporate Communications and Public Affairs at MTV Networks, and an EVP at Robinson Lerer & Montgomery.
  • Anita McGorty, EVP, Director of Corporate Communications at SMG North America — Anita was previously SVP, Corporate Communications Director of MediaVest, and was promoted to oversee Corporate Communications across SMG North America, focusing on SMG initiatives in the region as well as partnering with the various SMG agency brands.
  • Adrienne Scordato, SVP, Director of Corporate Communications for MediaVest — Adrienne just joined MediaVest North America as SVP, and will oversee the development and implementation of MediaVest’s communications strategy across multiple channels. She has worked with several marketing communications companies including: Aegis Media, Momentum, T3 and Bozell Worldwide.
  • Michele McGowan ,SVP, Director of Corporate Communications, Starcom —Michelle joined the communications team in mid-August as SVP, Director of Corporate Communications for Starcom USA, based in Chicago.
