Manheim’s Holcomb Wins PRSA Georgia’s Chapter Champion Award

Justine Holcomb, APR, has been awarded the Chapter Champion award of the Georgia Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America (www.prsageorgia.org), in recognition of her outstanding volunteer work for the chapter.

“What’s special to me about the PRSA Georgia Chapter is our strong network of respected leaders and worthy representatives of the profession,” Holcomb said.  “I have had the opportunity to meet and learn from some of the best professionals in the industry, which has greatly enriched my professional and personal life.  I’m happy to do what I can to pay it forward.”

Holcomb is manager of Employee Programs for Manheim, a division of Cox Enterprises, where she leads employee engagement efforts including a global employee survey program.

Holcomb currently serves as co-chair of the Phoenix Awards Committee, helping to organize and coordinate more than 250 entries to be judged for the Chapter’s annual awards program.  Prior to this, Holcomb served as co-chair of the Corporate & Employee Communications Special Interest Group (SIG), planning meetings and selecting speakers on relevant topics for the group.  She earned her APR in 2011 and continues to support the accreditation program by mentoring candidates and will teach an APR study class this month.
