Knowlagent Selects Arketi Group

Arketi Group (www.arketi.com), a high-tech business-to-business public relations and digital marketing firm, announced it has been selected by Knowlagent, an agent productivity solution for the world’s 13 million call center agents, as its agency of record. The firm will build on its aggressive 2011 integrated marketing effort that launched Knowlagent’s new Software-as-a-Service Productivity Platform, which is designed to increase call center agent utilization by delivering off-phone activities to agents when call volume dips and idle time exists.

Arketi is charged with supporting Knowlagent’s public relations, digital and traditional marketing efforts.

"Our team has enjoyed working with Arketi during the past year, and we look forward to continuing our relationship into 2012," said Matt McConnell, president and CEO at Knowlagent. "Their intimate understanding of our market and offerings has helped us advance our position as a leading productivity solution in the call center space and elevate our corporate brand through a truly integrated PR and marketing campaign."

"Knowlagent understands the true business benefits of a coordinated and effective marketing campaign which makes them an amazing client. They are open to innovative ideas and committed to marketing," said Mike Neumeier, APR, principal at Arketi Group. "The ROI that Knowlagent delivers to call centers is tremendous, and what they are doing embodies the business value cloud-based solutions are able to deliver today."
