Kinetic Worldwide Appoints Marley Kaplan and Gianmarco Prizzi as Heads of Innovation

Kinetic Worldwide announced that it has appointed two Heads of Innovation, in order to reinforce its commitment to innovation globally. Marley Kaplan will serve as Head of Innovation in the U.S., while Gianmarco Prizzi will hold the same title in the agency’s Milan, Italy office. They will both be responsible for infusing innovation into the development of strategies that contextually connect and activate audiences on-the-move in their respective markets.

Kaplan has extensive experience in innovation trend-spotting, consumer behavior, and emerging technology. She is an agent at fostering key partnerships with global startups, accelerator programs, and venture capital firms. Before joining Kinetic, Kaplan was helping companies navigate the emerging technology and startup landscape through her strategy and insights consultancy, mkThinkTank, where she was named “21 People in Wearables in NYC Who You Need to Know” for her work with Intel. Prior, she held a number of digital marketing roles at agencies such as Mode Media (formerly Glam Media), aka, and 87AM in both London and NYC.

“I’m thrilled to be leading innovation strategy for Kinetic,” said Kaplan. “In our increasingly connected environment, bridging the gap between physical and digital consumer experiences is ripe for innovation. Having immersed myself in the startup ecosystem, I’m excited to be back on the agency side where I can bring emerging trends in technology and creativity to our brand clients.”

Prizzi has 10 years of experience in developing disruptive communication projects. With an eye for emerging technologies and trends, he will lead innovation efforts for Kinetic’s Milan office. Before joining the agency, he was a Strategic Project Manager for creative agency Big Ideas. Here, Prizzi coordinated different teams working on ideation, design, and the production of events and brand activation project on the whole Italian territory. Earlier, he started his own special event and video production company, Mataeria, focusing on extensive experiences in art, technology, and entertainment based on uncompromising quality, exceptional design, and creative concepts.
