Bethany, Conn.-based Mason, Inc. announced that Joshua Giardino has joined the integrated marketing communications firm as the Director of Digital Strategies & Analytics.
Giardino comes to Mason with more than a decade of digital marketing experience and an extensive background in software engineering and project management.
As Director of Digital Strategies & Analytics, Giardino will utilize his strategic methods for content auditing, keyword research, market analysis, site analytics and reporting to improve Mason’s marketing automation capabilities, and modernize the agency’s proficiency as a full-service partner.
Giardino’s experience in advertising, email marketing, conversion rate optimization, and social media marketing and content strategy will help Mason effectively identify and track client campaign performance. Furthermore, he will capitalize on his innovative marketing methods to develop and implement successful cross-channel marketing strategies.

Additionally, Giardino specializes in inbound marketing, particularly search marketing, and has established himself as a respected expert on technical search engine optimization (SEO). He seeks to advance Mason within this industry by developing an independent Search Marketing department at the agency.
In previous positions, Giardino serviced a variety of clients in both business-to-business and business-to-client markets, at agencies of all sizes, including managing his own boutique organization.
