Goodwin Joins The Herald Group as Vice President

The Herald Group (www.theheraldgroup.com), a national bipartisan public affairs and issues management firm, announced the addition of John Goodwin as vice president. Goodwin will provide strategic communications and advocacy counsel to the firm's growing roster of corporate, industry coalition, association and non-profit clients.

"What started as a three-person firm in 2005 has grown into a full service, national public affairs operation with high caliber public affairs practitioners providing excellent client service and innovative and effective advocacy campaigns," said Matt Well, a founding partner of The Herald Group. "Our clients expect nothing less of our team, and we are confident John will be yet another critical asset for our clients."

Prior to joining The Herald Group, Goodwin served as Chief of Staff to US Congressman Raúl Labrador (R-ID). In this position, he was the primary communications, policy and political advisor to the Congressman, as well as overseeing the Congressional staff and offices in Washington and Idaho.
