Entertainment Comms Agency Think Jam Teams with Publicity House RKP Media for Expanded Services

Think Jam, a global entertainment marketing agency and RKP Media, a New York based entertainment public relations and management firm, announced a partnership to provide full service publicity services to entertainment clients in the U.S. This partnership comes as part of a strategic move, to provide clients with a full service entertainment publicity offering.

Think Jam brings a twelve-year marketing legacy, while RKP Media, led by Founder and CEO Richard Parker, has over sixteen years’ experience in traditional media relations and talent management.

This new relationship will deliver fully cohesive 360 campaigns for clients, planned and implemented by an aligned group of experts with unrivalled experience within the entertainment industry. This is the next step in Think Jam’s evolution to a fully integrated global entertainment marketing agency.

Prior to establishing RKP Media, Parker worked for Central Talent Booking, Twentieth Century Fox Film Corporation, and Hill + Knowlton Strategies Public Relations New York, as well has having consulted for Universal Pictures Home Entertainment.

While at Hill + Knowlton Strategies, Parker led media relations efforts for the firm’s largest entertainment client, Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment. He launched hundreds of campaigns, including new releases from Twentieth Century Fox and Fox Searchlight Pictures, MGM, Relativity Media, and Fox Television shows such as The Simpsons and Family Guy.

Parker said of the partnership: “As they are the most reputable digital marketing firm in Hollywood, I could not be more excited to partner with Think Jam. They understand that the media landscape and consumer habits are constantly changing and are always ahead of the curve with new and innovative ways to drive results for their clients, both in the US and worldwide. Through this exclusive partnership, RKP Media will bring years of expertise with traditional media to the joint offering.  By being able to offer combined traditional and new media services, existing and future clients will have the option of “one-stop shopping” when choosing their agency of record. This will create more synergy between the client and agency and ultimately increase the client’s bottom line.”

Stella Ferguson, PR Director at Think Jam said: “Over the last five years Think Jam has had the pleasure of collaborating with Richard Parker on a multitude of projects. I can therefore speak first hand to his incredible media relationships, deep immersion in the world of film and television and keen understanding of audiences and entertainment marketing. With our shared values of teamwork, integrity and delivering the best possible result for clients across the entertainment industry, I am extremely excited to formalise this partnership to provide our clients with inspiring, original and hugely successful full service campaigns across traditional and digital mediums.”

The partnership is effective immediately. Think Jam and RKP Media will work together on campaigns, each out of their respective offices in the US.
