Clash Group Appoints Chan as International Director of Advertising Operations

Clash Group (www.clashgroup.com), a full-service digital performance media company, has announced the appointment of Tony Chan, a pioneer in mobile and video advertising, to direct its international advertising operations. The appointment follows Clash Group’s recent expansion from New York into London and, in his new position, Chan will drive forward the company’s international reach with particular focus on establishing its new mobile affiliate network, Impact-Mobi, the world’s first global affiliate network dedicated to mobile, as the network of choice for brands across the world.

Prior to this appointment, Chan founded a New York based digital advertising consultancy service, focused on the mobile market. Before this he worked with a start-up Publisher Agency, in a business development role where he helped create a Revenue Server, built specifically to manage impressions monetized by RTB platforms, ad exchanges and SSPs.

"Due to the fragmented nature of the mobile market right now, the opportunity is there to cut through the noise and assert Clash Group as the leading agency in the field," comments Chan, newly-appointed Director of Advertising Operations, Clash Group. "I’m looking forward to playing an important part in the realization of this aim and in particular to helping launch Impact-Mobi, the world’s first global affiliate network dedicated to mobile, in the US, UK and later the wider international market, and seeing the benefits that this ground-breaking new service will bring to clients."

"Clash Group is undergoing an exciting period of expansion – from New York into London – and in terms of the services and technologies it provides," commented Simon Wajcenberg, CEO, Clash Group. "Tony’s entrepreneurial past and deep understanding of the mobile advertising market is perfectly aligned with this current expansion and the launching and establishing of Impact-Mobi, the world’s first global affiliate network dedicated to mobile".
