Child’s Play Communications, PR agency specializing in reaching moms, announced the addition of generationOn as a client, for the 2016 Family Volunteer Day.
Held annually on the Saturday before Thanksgiving and now in its 26th year, Family Volunteer Day is a day of service that demonstrates and celebrates the power of families who volunteer together, supporting their neighbors and neighborhoods. The event is hosted by generationOn, the youth division of Points of Light, the largest organization in the world dedicated to volunteer service, and sponsored by The Walt Disney Company.
Child’s Play will be responsible for Family Volunteer Day event publicity, media relations and social media influencer outreach for the program.
