Bullfrog & Baum Expands Relationship with Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises

Bullfrog & Baum (www.bullfrogandbaum.com) is expanding its existing relationship with Chicago-based hospitality group Lettuce Entertain You Enterprises (LEYE) by adding a national media focus on restaurateurs R.J., Jerrod and Molly Melman and their portfolio of restaurant and bar concepts.

The siblings are Managing Partners of modern American restaurant HUB 51 and lower level club SUB 51; classically-inspired French bistro Paris Club and its upstairs club Studio Paris; modern Italian restaurant RPM Italian; and Southern-inspired BBQ joint Bub City in Chicago, IL; as well as the fresh, casual M Street Kitchen and Stella Rossa Pizza Bar in Santa Monica, CA.

Additional 2013 openings include: tiki speakeasy Three Dots and a Dash (opening April 2013), modern steakhouse RPM Steak (opening Fall 2013) and two more yet-to-be-named Chicago restaurants. Two new concepts in Los Angeles are also slated to open in April 2013.
