ADMI Adds Michelle Vaeth as VP of PR and Corp. Comms, Elden Maxwell as VP of Learning & Development

Aspen Dental Management, Inc. (ADMI) announced the following additions to its leadership team:

Michelle Vaeth, Vice President of Public Relations and Corporate Communications—Michelle joins ADMI after nearly two decades at Procter & Gamble, where she recently led brand communications, public relations, and crisis and issues management for P&G’s healthcare portfolio, including Vicks VapoRub, NyQuil, DayQuil, Pepto-Bismol, Prilosec OTC, Metamucil, Meta Wellness, Align and Clear Blue. In addition, Michelle spent a number of years providing communications leadership and support for P&G’s oral care portfolio; specifically Crest and Oral-B.

Michelle will help lead ADMI’s communications team, assuming responsibility for the development and delivery of communications strategies and plans in support of strengthening the brand reputation of Aspen Dental and ADMI.

Throughout her career, Michelle has been a strong leader in her community, serving as President of the Junior League of Cincinnati, a non-profit incubator and accelerator of civic and community improvement.

Elden Maxwell, Vice President of Learning & Development—Elden joins ADMI after serving as Vice President and Global Head of Talent Management at Rochester-based Sutherland Global, a worldwide leader in business process outsourcing with more than 60,000 employees. While at Sutherland, Elden helped build a world-class, globally consistent talent management practice that boasted end-to-end leadership development processes and curricula, performance management processes and systems, learning management and e-learning platforms and top talent retention.

Combining his background in learning and development with significant experience in operational improvement, talent management, and organizational development, Elden will lead the learning and development team to continue to strengthen and evolve ADMI’s approach to training, performance management, and leadership development.
