Maroon PR Selected By Players' Philanthropy Fund

Maroon PR (www.MaroonPR.com), a full-service public relations and marketing agency, announced the firm has added Players' Philanthropy Fund (PPF) to its roster of clients that consists of national sports brands, nonprofit organizations and growing businesses. Recently launched by former NFL kicker, Matt Stover, PPF is a revolutionary philanthropic management tool unique to the sports industry.

John Maroon, founder and president of Maroon PR said, "We are looking forward to working with Matt and his team to build the PPF brand and maximize its public relations objectives. PPF is a great fit for us, given our experience working in sports, with professional athletes, as well as our work with regional and national nonprofits. Matt is very smart and has a lot of vision, so we are excited to help him grow this new endeavor."

Current PPF clients include Stover, Baltimore Ravens' players Ed Reed and LaQuan Williams, New Orleans Saints' player, Ben Grubbs, former professional tennis player, Pam Shriver, and Major League Lacrosse player, Kevin Frew. No matter where an athlete's career takes them, PPF can direct their charitable giving all over the world. With significantly lower fees than other similar organizations, PPF ensures an athlete is able to easily and seamlessly give the maximum to the organizations of their choice.

"I've always understood the importance of giving back to the community, and by creating PPF, it allows me to help other athletes do the same," Stover commented. "We look forward to partnering with Maroon PR to garner attention for the work we are doing, and having them help us build relationships that will grow our brand throughout the country."
