Benz Communications Creates Industry-First Employee Benefits Communication Survey

Jennifer Benz has announced the Benz Communications (http://benzcommunications.com) Inside Benefits Communication Survey, the first survey of benefits and HR managers created specifically to learn how companies are strategizing and implementing benefits communication. Jen is founder and chief strategist of Benz Communications, an HR and benefits communication strategy boutique.

"Studies document that it's not only the benefits a company offers but how those benefits are used that determine corporate ROI on benefits -- including happy, healthy, company business-focused employees. And -- as is becoming increasingly apparent in this era of 24/7 communication -- how benefits are communicated is a key factor in whether and how they're used. Yet, from an industry-wide perspective, we have little understanding of how companies are strategizing and implementing their benefits communication. We created this industry-first survey to gain insight into the what, why, when and how of benefits communication with the goal of identifying and sharing the factors driving successful communication programs," stated Jen.

The Inside Benefits Communication Survey consists of 36 multiple choice and three optional fill-in-the-blanks questions. It is targeted at benefits and HR managers, and is estimated to take approximately 10 minutes to complete. To encourage participation, Benz Communications is offering a variety of incentives -- including free benefits communication tools, content and consulting help -- to one of every 20 participants.

Benefits and HR managers interested in participating in the Inside Benefits Communication Survey may access it here: http://www.benzcommunications.com/survey.
