BBMG Hires Floyd, Mukai and Roberts
BBMG (www.bbmg.com) added three new colleagues to key positions at the branding firm.
McKee Floyd joins BBMG as director of business development. As a key initial contact for the agency, McKee assumes responsibility for leading the firm's business development and marketing efforts while building and cultivating new relationships with client partners as well as industry peers. Prior to BBMG, McKee led branding and marketing for sweetgreen, a farm-to-table restaurant group.
Naomi Mukai joins as community manager and digital strategist. As the community manager of The Collective, BBMG's propriety online community of sustainable mainstream consumers, Naomi is responsible for steering and maintaining every aspect of the community. She also supervises The Collective's various social media properties, be it Facebook, Twitter or Pinterest. More broadly, Naomi provides digital strategy and support on a wide range of diverse client projects that need to see customers move beyond mere "Likes" to real engagement. Prior to joining BBMG, Naomi was a community manager for Rocket XL, where she managed the online communities of several national brands.
Kamla Roberts joins the agency as studio manager. In addition to supervising accounting and contracts, she supports all day-to-day operations, from HR and legal to IT and logistics. Kamla also helps implement BBMG's green office standards. Prior to BBMG, Kamla served as office manager and bookkeeper at Tamarkin Co., an architecture and development firm in New York.
